Concept
- Open to members of ESMA and non-members.
- Non-members can become member or pay a minimal difference in price (limited to a minimal).
- Goal is to have 10 to 15 companies joining together to promote specialised printing via Screen printing (and maybe digital).
- Promoting the application of specialised printing (cfr. Screen4U)
There will be a concept within the Specialised Printing to promote printing applications. Therefore, we want to create a gallery with an overview of these applications on one of the aisle.
The concept of the booth: minimal space is currently 9 sqm (excl. storage)
Price target of floor space and finished booth is 500 euro/sqm (excl VAT), this will exclude services such as electricity, additional furniture, WIFI, catering and contribution to common part.
Estimated price: all inclusive for members 630 euro/sqm, non members 650 euro/sqm (currently estimation is based on 400 sqm and 10 participants. Cost will go down with more participants and larger area).
What will be offered:
- Finished booth (with a storage of 2-4 sqm)
- Use of meeting rooms on the pavilion (2 or 3 meeting rooms for 400 sqm or more when bigger)
- Use of the lounge/bar/kitchen
- Drinks and snacks (full catering) at your booth served by the hostesses
- Presentation area (stage ,screen seats for groups of 10 people)
- Use of WIFI during the whole exhibition
