PRINTED ELECTRONICS MOVE FROM RESEARCH INTO INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION

EN 260119

On 10-12 March 2026 Fraunhofer IFAM in Bremen offers an application-driven training seminar on printed electronics using screen printing technology.

The seminar focuses on functional and electrically conductive structures in flexible 2D and 3D printed electronics, with a strong emphasis on manufacturability, integration and real-world implementation.Participants work directly in Fraunhofer’s laboratories, gain practical experience with industrial screen printing processes and discuss application scenarios with experienced project managers Dr Ingo Wirth and Mario Kohl.

The course is designed for technicians, engineers and bachelor’s or master’s graduates from engineering and scientific-technical disciplines who want to deepen their expertise in functional printing technologies.

Key takeaways:
◾ Practical understanding of printed electronics for industrial use
◾ Hands-on experience in a research and manufacturing environment
◾ Expert insights into screen printing processes and materialsFor professionals working on next-generation components, functional integration or advanced manufacturing technologies, this seminar offers direct, practical value.
