One of the highlights of our exhibits will be the new SPS ASTRON QX57 servo driven cylinder press. This machine is a true new generation of cylinder machine and can run with traditional sheet edge registration OR with camera image registration looking at each individual print and achieving accuracy of ≤ 30 µm. The unique electro-magnetic screen drive enables a print-length manipulation to achieve perfect fit between offset / digital pre-print and final screen print. The 4-post-lift of the top frame and the retractable screen cassette makes it ergonomically-friendly.

The SPS ASTRON QX will be in line with the SPS S-UV conveyor dryer. The dryer shows the latest “smart UV” technology that saves as much as 40% of energy.
The all new flat-bed machine ATMAT-TIC TF68 will be shown for the very first time/ The fully automatic machine with single-sheet front pick-up feeder uses camera image registration. Initial screen set-up time is less than 2 min. Register accuracy ≤ 40 µm, running speed of 750 iph. The 4-post-lift of the complete top frame enables the operator to have full access to the screen top and under side. Easy insertion of squeegee and flood coater. This machine is the ultimate solution for digital pre-printed textile transfers.

In addition to these two new type machines, SPS will also showcase the ATMALINE R2R 5060/S. A very efficient R2R screen printer with sensor registration system. Suitable for printed electronics as well as textile transfers, labels, etc.
