It is only four weeks left to the Masterclass POLEOT and ESMA launches special registration days with € 50 discount on the regular price of € 249. The event presenting technology for producing innovative textiles with light-emitting properties takes places on 23rd June 2015 in Düsseldorf.
Electroluminescent and organic light-emitting diodes are efficient, lightweight and environment-friendly light sources that give rise to a new generation of textiles. Luminescent inks are already employed by innovative screen and digital inkjet processes.
POLEOT (Printing Of Light Emitting devices On Textile) aims at developing luminescence technology for a wide range of new textile applications and it is supported by Cornet programme, German Allianz Industrie Forschung and Flemish Agency for Innovation by Science and Technology. POLEOT technology finds its application in various areas, including high-visibility products for safety clothing or signalisation, as well as lamp shades and light-emitting wallpapers. Application examples and prototypes will all be showcased during the Masterclass held on 23rd June 2015 in Radisson Blu Hotel in Düsseldorf, between 10:00 and 18:00.
ESMA members and academics can participate for € 169, the regular price is € 249, excl. 19% German VAT. Between 28th May and 5th June 2015 every regular (non-academic) registration is discounted and costs € 199, excl. 19% German VAT.
