Lunch & Learn with ESMA on FESPA

LLfespa2015 The Lunch & Learn sessions in the FESPA Education Hub take place on 18th, 19th and 20th May 2015. During the FESPA show, ESMA hosts the “Lunch & Learn” sessions dedicated to the industrial applications of digital and screen printing.

The sessions address the hot topics from the industrial printing sector. Peter Buttiens, the CEO of ESMA, Robin McMillan (SunChemical Ltd.) and Thomas Poetz (3T InkJet) will inaugurate the “Lunch & Learn” formula on Monday, the 18th May 2015, with a presentation exploring the latest trends in industrial printing.

Further sessions will feature Marc Graindourze from Agfa Graphics talking about possibilities of the industrial inkjet printing and Mike Plier from EFI who will focus on the opportunities of thermoforming applications.

Within FESPA’s Industrial Print Showcase (hall 8, stand A68) ESMA organises a “dark area” exhibition where one can explore the recent developments of light emitting and glowing effects. The employment of print technology for producing textiles with electroluminescent and organic light-emitting diodes will be literally highlighted in light-emitting lampshades, wallpapers (POLEOT project), black light glowing posters (HdM Stuttgart), t-shirts (TO2C) and many more.

During the Printeriors Conference, Peter Buttiens will chair a session entitled “How to Build Bridge Between Printers and Designers” (21st May, at 4 p.m.), referring also to ESMA’s successful Printed Interior Decoration Conference from 2014.

The Lunch & Learn sessions in the FESPA Education Hub (hall 8, stand B90) take place on 18th, 19th and 20th May 2015, always between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
