Duo Media

Duo Media is the new PR partner for ESMA. The goal is to communicate more about the Industrial, Functional and Speciality Print in regard to our events, conferences and participation at exhibitions. 

This will be an informational communication using all different platforms and social media for printing industry involvement with screen and digital printing.

ESMA Press conference at FESPA Digital about Digital Printing Goes Industrial

Want to know more about all the digital opportunities behind functional, industrial and specialist printing? Join us for a 360° tour of the ESMA knowledge hub at FESPA 2014. Jon Bultemeyer, chairman of ESMA, will update you on the new directions ESMA is taking. Peter Buttiens, CEO of ESMA, will then dive deeper into the influence of digital printing within industrial printing.

You will hear all about the upcoming Printed Interior Decoration Conference and The Inkjet Conference from ESMA members Thomas Poetz (3T consultant) and Steve Knight (Digital Direct).
And last but not least, Frederic Blancher, Encres Dubuit, will be showing some cool 3D decorated objects using UV digital direct printing.

ESMA and Specialist Printing Worldwide (Chameleon Business Media) at FESPA Digital

ESMA will show new applications for Printed Interior Decoration such as carpet, wall papers, ceramic tiles, glass solutions…and there will also be promotion of the PID Conference which is held 26-27 November in Düsseldorf. Industrial, Functional and Speciality Printing stay a main drive for ESMA. During the show, The Inkjet Conference will also be promoted! This conference brings together all technology involved to build and create new bespoken inkjet printers for industrial applications such as PE, ceramics, textiles, glass and plastics on flat and 3d objects.

ESMA General Assembly 2014 shows the new direction of the association

During the General Assembly, Oliver Kammann has been announced as new Vice Chairman. The election of new Steering Committee/ Board members turned into a success: we can announce several new active member in the Board: Alan Shaw (Natgraph), Ueli Boetschi (Sefar), Philippe Schyns (Unico), Heinz Brocker (Gallus) and Thierry Van Doosselaere (MacTac).

The committee structure of Technical Exchange Committee (TEC) and marketing & Promotion (M&P) and our Health, Safety & Environmental Protection committee (HSEP) all showed a great increase in participation.

INPrint post information

InPrint2014ESMA has developed a functional and decorative industrial print conference programme at InPrint, April 8-10 2014, Hannover.

During the two days, Robin McMillan & Peter Buttiens (ESMA) gave a presentation entitled Introduction to Industrial Printing, the 360° View!

Other key note discussions included Screen - Inkjet - Pad Printing in Direct Product Decoration (Marabu, Friedrich Goldner), Industrial Printing - Opportunity for Screen Printing (Sefar, Denis Kastner) & Digital printing on 3D shape objects (Encres Dubuit, Frederic Blancher).
