We hope to be able to shortly announce The University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland as the Academic sponsor of the event and Professor Fritz Bircher as chairing the Academic track - open to non-commercial speakers from universities and research institutes.

Horizon 2020 (EU funded projects for the industry)

Since the beginning of 2014, the EU has started to roll out its new Horizon 2020 project. ESMA has planned to submit several projects in regards to Printed Interior Decoration and also Printed Electronics and Functional Printing.

ESMA Pavilion at Glasstec 2014

The dates for Glasstec 2014 are set: From 21 to 24 October 2014 the trade fair Düsseldorf will again be the meeting point for the international glass industry and its suppliers.

The new 370 pavilion will be shared with Isimat, Sefar, KIWO, Fimor, Tiflex, G4 Automation, Technigraf, SunChemcial, Saati, Remco and Encres Dubuits/Machine Dubuits.

ESMA at InPrint 2014

InPrint2014InPrint 2014, Exhibition for Industrial Print Technology, will take place from 8 – 10 April 2014 at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds. At this leading event, more than 100 exhibitors will showcase the latest print machinery and solutions for industrial print production. The trade show is exclusively dedicated to industrial print as part of the manufacturing process with either a functional or decorative purpose; from functional print for automotive components, household appliances, printed electronics, textiles and packaging to decorative printing of surfaces such as floor coverings and furniture, etc.

ESMA is organizing a Functional & Decorative Industrial Print Conference on 8-9 April 2014 at the Showcase Theatre, InPrint, Hall 21. It will be a symposium on specialty screen printing and inkjet print production within industrial manufacturing. Commercial Banners on the ESMA Newsletter

Our ESMA Newsletter is spread to over 3.000 industry contacts and on the ESMA website. We will introduce a sponsorship of the Newsletter in 2 different versions: version “only online” which will costs 300 euro per issue and a special version “when going to shows” which will get an online and printed copy version on a show or conference where EMSA is attending - which is 1.000 euro per issue.

Online and hardcopy versions are available: 

  • April: online & printed version for Inprint (8-10 April)  (deadline for 24/03)

3th International Digital Textile Congress: Call for Papers

The 3th edition of the congress will take place in Gent –Belgium, September 4-5, 2014. This conference intends to bring forward the best research, latest developments on digital technologies, including hardware, software, digital inks, printed materials and their applications. It’s about all the aspects of digital technologies that go into making creative, functional textile, from clothing, soft signage, outdoor and indoor textiles.

We cordially invite you to give a lecture during this international conference. The call for papers is now open. We are expecting over 200 attendees. The language of communication at the conference will be English, and all abstracts must be written in English.

The conference Committee invites you to submit abstracts for their consideration in these topic areas:

  • Digital printing/finishing, Fabrication Principles and Processes

An analytical driven, autonomous and eager to learn person. Likes to work with and in a team in order to achieve defined objectives, with a technical, economic understanding of different markets, substantially knowledge of the sign market, with the ability to assess a situation and gather the necessary information in order to define opportunities.
